Astorplast offers a wide range of adhesive tapes and self-adhesive foam tapes to securely fasten these profiles at the installation site. Naturally these also come in the form of "endless" spools or long rolls with advantageous lengths for industrial processing. Our products combine high adhesive strength with optimum resistance to ageing and moisture as well as maximum resistance to UV and ozone radiation. They are supplied on "endless" long rolls and spools for easy further processing and customization to individual customer requirements.

ETICS plastering profiles
Astordur UV foam adhesive tapes are based on physically cross-linked polyethylene foams that are coated on both sides with UV-cross-linked pure acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive. The foam carrier is UV-stable, rot-proof and water-resistant. It also enables high movement absorption. This product was designed for use with ETICS plastering profiles and is also certified by ift Rosenheim.
Self-adhesive equipment for scanner strips
Cross-wound spools of transfer adhesive tape, double-sided adhesive based on various types of adhesive with, for example, an intermediate film carrier for bonding scanner strips. The advantage of spools is that very long cycles can be produced in the extrusion process without the need to constantly change rolls of adhesive tape.
Bonding of cable ducts
he use of cross-wound spools made of double-sided self-adhesive foam enables the efficient bonding of cable ducts. A key advantage of these spools is the ability to carry out very long production cycles in the extrusion process without having to carry out frequent spool changes. This leads to higher productivity and efficiency in production.
