Adhesive technology and the environment - no conflict

There is no conflict between adhesive technology and the environment at ASTORplast. It is, for example, a fundamental rule that all the adhesives processed are solvent-free. ASTORplast succeeded in making another breakthrough in adhesive and bonding technology by developing UV-crosslinked self-adhesive tapes. It was shown impressively in this project that the technical requirements of specific applications, economic viability and environmental protection are not mutually exclusive. The entire production process is designed to reach not only economic but also environmental objectives. The modern machinery enables energy consumption to be optimised. Careful selection of raw materials is the basis for environmentally sound manufacturing of self-adhesive products of all kinds. For ASTORplast, environmental protection is a commitment that is demonstrated in practice every day.
